Michael Train Caldwell has been representing injured clients, employees and other individuals hurt, threatened or discriminated against for over 20 years.

The son of renowned San Francisco trial attorney, Edwin Train Caldwell, Michael comes from a family of litigators.
In this regard Michael and his team of dedicated professionals have litigated and won compensation for clients that were victims of: car accidents slip and falls, construction accidents, motorcycle collisions, trucking and big rig collisions, employer abuse or harassment, insurance mistreatment or bad faith, medical negligence or malpractice, dog bites and wage and hour claims.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michael has worked in this area for his entire career, and is active in his community volunteering or raising money for organizations such as Meals of Marin, Canal Alliance, Marin Legal Aide and Children and Family Legal Fund. Michael also helped found and is a current member of Wednesday’s Gift, a Marin County non-profit that lends a hand to the less fortunate.
Michael lives in Marin County and he is a proud and loving father of two awesome kids, Jack and Grace.
